Product Support Transition
On March 1, 2011, we began to migrate our "old"
knowledgebase , FAQs, product support tips, etc to a new MessageBoard
format. In June, we switched our Live Help (Chat) service to a
similar product from a different provider.
These changes are meant to improve the ease with which product
bulletins, updates, tips and techniques, forms and documentation is
organized and accessible.
This Technical Support
site should continue to be
the first place that Registered Users of Easy-Scout, Easy-Cut, Easy-Recruiter and
Athletic Equipment Manager look for answers to Technical questions as well
as "how-to" tips and explanations.
If you are unable to access ANY of our current Technical Support resources, and are a
registered user of one of our products, contact us through our Live Chat system or
