NOTHING HAPPEN WHEN YOU CLICK A LINK OR SHORTCUT ?
If you answer yes to this question, the most
likely problem is that you have a "pop-up blocker" or internet security program
that is interfering with the opening of new windows.
We don't use or allow the obnoxious type of Popups that just
show up out of nowhere and refuse to go away, but we do
frequently attempt to open a new browser window to display
information neatly in its own window that can then be easily closed without leaving the previous page.
Since many of our links and shortcuts open new windows you must either
Choose to Allow Popups or hold your CTRL Key when clicking on a link.
When you click a link on this site and it fails to open a new window,
you can either:
- Set your popup blocker to permit popups from this site
for the current session only
- Permit Popups when viewing this site
- Hold down your CTRL Key while clicking on a shortcut or link
that does not open. This will bypass the popup blocker for that click
only.
These techniques can be used on most web sites to correct similar
browsing issues without sacrificing your
protection against the annoying and
sometimes malicious type of Popups.
